Note: We are an online mail-order company and do not have a store for walk-in purchasing. This allows us to maintain our low prices with free shipping over $300 and all Canadian taxes included in your price.
Orders
Orders can be placed through our website or by phone toll free at 1-888-978-4956. Orders within Canada placed before 1 PM Eastern Standard Time usually ship same day. Atlantic Pond Supply maintains shipping depots in Ontario and British Columbia. We attempt to fulfill all of our orders from the nearest shipping depot. Orders sometimes ship from multiple locations. If there are expected delays in shipping you will be notified by email or by telephone. Tracking information is sent automatically by email once your order has shipped.
Prices & Taxes
All pricing is in Canadian dollars and include Goods & Service Tax (GST) and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). Shipping is included on orders of $300 or more. A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to all orders under $300.
Shipping
Shipping is by Fedex Ground, UPS Ground or Canada Post Expedited. Motor Freight orders and LTL shipments ship with APEX or Day & Ross. Atlantic Pond Supply reserves the right to choose the most efficient and/or cost-effective method of shipping to ensure goods are delivered in the most timely and economical manner. All pricing is in Canadian dollars and include Goods & Service Tax (GST) and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). Shipping is free on orders of $300 or more. A $25 lshipping and handling fee applies to all orders under $300. US orders may incur additional charges but usually do not.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order please do so as soon as possible after placing the order by email at sales@atlanticpondsupply.ca or by calling 1-888-978-4956 and you will be issued a full refund.
If you wish to cancel an order after your order has shipped please contact sales@atlanticpondsupply.ca or call 1-888-978-4956 and we will arrange the cancellation and return. Return shipping costs will be the responsability of the customer. Refund, less a 5% administration fee, will be issued upon reception and verification of the goods.
Claims, Warranty & Returns
Freight Claims
Atlantic Pond Supply does not assume responsibility for freight damage. All freight damage and shipping discrepancies must be claimed within 48 hours of receipt, collect shipments to be claimed with carrier. Waybill must be marked damaged to validate claim.
Short Shipment
Atlantic Pond Supply must be notified of any short shipments within 48 hours of receipt of goods with copy of carrier waybill and customer count.
Return Goods
Return goods must be authorized by Atlantic Pond Supply . All returns must be shipped prepaid freight and are subject to a restocking fee (minimum 10% unless specified). Returns will be eligible for an account credit for future purchase or refund (less appropriate restocking fee). Acknowledgment will be issued upon reception and verification of returned goods. No returns on products that have been in contact with the water (unless defective). No returns after 30 days. Defective Goods
Atlantic Pond Supply works to ensure your satisfaction and if you are not satisfied with your product we will assist you in all communication and dealings with the manufacturer or repair center. All defective items within the manufacturer’s warranty period must be returned to Atlantic Pond Supply. Customer is responsible for return of item(s) and freight costs. Item(s) will either be replaced or repaired at Atlantic Pond Supply ’s discretion. Item(s) sent back must be accompanied with proof of purchase and retail customer receipt.

The Atlantic Pond Supply website does not store any of your personal information. Our website uses cookies and web-beacons to store information that will enhance and improve your website visits by remembering your product favorites, the pages you visited on our website, and any login details or passwords that you may require to access your account to retrieve shipping details or product information. Any payments made through the secure gateway are confidential and we do not store any credit card information. Contact info that is submitted to us (email, phone numbers, etc) is not shared with any third party. We do not store payment information.
