Product Returns

Return goods must be authorized by Atlantic Pond Supply . All returns must be shipped prepaid freight and are subject to a restocking fee (minimum 10% unless specified). Returns will be eligible for an account credit for future purchase or refund (less appropriate restocking fee). Acknowledgment will be issued upon reception and verification of returned goods. No returns on products that have been in contact with the water (unless defective). No returns after 30 days.
