AtlanticPondSupply.ca is an online company based in Atlantic Canada. We provide sales and consultation services in the field of private and commercial ponds as well as private water gardens, water features, fountains and help with fish care, lighting, plants and aquatic systems. Our main office in New Brunswick does not have a physical store due to the large number of product variations and pond kit options so instead we maintain a network of shipping centers across Canada. We ship from BC, Alberta, Ontario and New Brunswick. We also specialize in commercial and light industrial products. We provide online mail-order pond products throughout Canada from shipping hubs located in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta and New Brunswick.

Free shipping on most orders over $300 in Canada. Orders under $300 are charged a flat rate $25 for shipping. Remote areas in Canada or some custom orders may incur additional shipping charges.  Some large and heavy items and some locations in Canada require additional charges for delivery. If your order requires an additional shipping charge we will contact you and you will have the option to decline the additional charge and cancel the order at no cost to you.

We are a full-service pond and water-garden supply company providing Atlantic Canada (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI (Prince Edward Island) and Newfoundland)  as well as Coast to Coast in Canada with pond products by direct and free delivery through our website. We carry a full range of pond maintenance products, pond pumps, beneficial bacteria, pond lighting, pond dyes, pond filters as well as aeration systems, waterfalls, weirs and fish food and water treatments for koi and goldfish ponds.

Please note we do not operate a retail storefront and have no pick-up window. All orders are shipped directly from one of our locations depending on your location and the products ordered.

We maintain a full inventory of our pond supplies in our Ontario and Alberta warehouse as well as selected items in BC and NB for fast shipping to all Canadian provinces.

Orders
Orders can be placed through our website or by phone. Orders within Canada usually ship within 2 business days. If there are any delays in shipping you will be notified by email or by telephone. Online orders are confirmed by email, check your spam box or junk folder if you do not receive an email confirming your order. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and if there are any issues with your order you will be notified within 24 hours.

Prices & Taxes
All pricing is in Canadian dollars and Canadian taxes will be added during checkout. Canadian taxes will be calculated based on the province that your order is being shipped. Our business is registered with the Canadian Revenue Agency under the BN (Business Number): 785937491 RT0001

Shipping
Free shipping on most orders over $300 in Canada. Orders under $300 are charged a flat rate $25 for shipping. Certain items will be charged an additional shipping charge and you will be made aware of any potential shipping charges before any order confirmation or payments. Some large and heavy items and some locations in Canada require additional charges for delivery. We thank-you for your understanding!
Shipping is by Fedex ground or UPS. Motor Freight orders and LTL shipments ship with APEX or Day & Ross or by the best local carrier for your region. Atlantic Pond Supply reserves the right to choose the most efficient and/or cost-effective method of shipping to ensure goods are delivered in the most timely and economical manner.

Orders
Orders can be placed through our website or by phone toll free at 1-888-978-4956. Atlantic Pond Supply maintains shipping depots in Ontario, British Columbia & Nova Scotia. We attempt to fulfill all of our orders from the nearest shipping depot. Orders sometimes ship from multiple locations. If there are expected delays in shipping you will be notified by email or by telephone. Tracking information is sent automatically by email once your order has shipped.

Prices & Taxes
All pricing is in Canadian dollars and HST is calculated during checkout.. Shipping is included on orders of $300 or more. A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to all orders under $300.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before the order has shipped please do so as soon as possible after placing the order by email at sales@atlanticpondsupply.ca or by calling 1-888-978-4956 and you will be issued a refund. If you would like to cancel an order that has already shipped we can refund your order once it has been shipped back to us. Return shipping on cancelled orders are the responsibility of the customer. Refund, less a 10% administration fee, will be issued upon reception and verification of the goods.


Claims, Warranty & Returns
Freight Claims
Atlantic Pond Supply does not assume responsibility for freight damage. All freight damage and shipping discrepancies must be claimed within 48 hours of receipt, collect shipments to be claimed with carrier. Waybill must be marked damaged to validate claim.

Short Shipment
Atlantic Pond Supply  must be notified of any short shipments within 72 hours of receipt of goods with copy of carrier waybill and customer count. Please verify your order upon reception to ensure your order is complete and correct.

Return Goods
Return goods must be authorized by Atlantic Pond Supply . All returns must be shipped prepaid freight and are subject to a restocking fee (minimum 10% unless specified). Returns will be eligible for an account credit for future purchase or refund (less appropriate restocking fee). Acknowledgment will be issued upon reception and verification of returned goods. No returns on products that have been in contact with the water (unless defective). No returns after 30 days unless authorized. Defective Goods
Atlantic Pond Supply works to ensure your satisfaction and if you are not satisfied with your product we will assist you in all communication and dealings with the manufacturer or repair center. All defective items within the manufacturer’s warranty period must be returned to Atlantic Pond Supply. Customer is responsible for return of item(s) and freight costs. Item(s) will either be replaced or repaired at Atlantic Pond Supply ’s discretion. Item(s) sent back must be accompanied with proof of purchase and retail customer receipt.

Our website uses cookies and web-beacons to store information that will enhance and improve your website visits by remembering your product favorites, the pages you visited on our website, and any login details or passwords that you may require to access your account to retrieve shipping details or product information. Any payments made through the secure gateway are confidential and we do not store any credit card information. Contact info that is submitted to us (email, phone numbers, etc) is not shared with any third party. We do not store payment information.
