Returns
Please verify all orders upon reception. No returns after 30 days.
If you need to return a product please contact us at info@atlanticpondsupply.ca with details of the order and reasons for needing to return the product. We pride ourselves in our customer care and after-sales service. Your satisfaction is our priority and we have a strong track-record of helping our customers with warranty issues, repairs and replacement of broken or damaged products. We promise to work fairly and quickly to resolve any issues and ensure that any return procedures are fair and satisfactory.
Please contact us by email or toll free by phone if you have received a product and wish to return it. Certain products are non-returnable such as any water treatment products, sealants or fountains or pumps that have been exposed to water. Warranty issues are separate from product returns.
Returned goods must be authorized by Atlantic Pond Supply. Before initiating any returns please contact us by email at info@atlanticpondsupply.ca or toll free by phone at 888-978-4956.
A copy of original invoice must accompany all returns. All returns must be shipped prepaid freight and are subject to a minimum restock fee of up to 10% depending on the product and circumstances. Product damage in freight return will not be accepted. Credit will be issued to your account for future purchases or a full or partial refund will be made available. No returns after 30 days. No returns on used electrical devices. Special order items are not returnable.
There may be a restocking fee on returns of certain items. If a return fee is warranted it will range from 3% up to 10%. Returns and refunds must be products unused and with original packaging unluss agreed upon prior to the return transaction.
Custom products, custom sizes, specialty orders are not eligible for returns.
Processing refunds, once authorized, can take from 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your original payment method or your bank's operating schedule.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the returnee unless agreed upon in advance due to circumstances. Feel free to email us at info@atlanticpondsupply.ca or call toll free 1-888-978-4956 to discuss any issues with products purchased so we may rectify any problems as quickly as possible.
Warranty
All defective items within the manufacturer's warranty period must be authorized and returned with an RA#. The customer is responsible for return of item(s) and all freight costs. Item(s) will either be replaced or repaired at the manufacturer's discretion. Items sent back must be accompanied with RA# provided by Atlantic Pond Supply. Shipment of replaced of repaired item will be the responsibility of customer. Replacement or repaired items may be added to a prepaid shipping order.
