Diaphragm replacement kits feature diaphragms, seals and all filters to do a full service overhaul of your linear diaphragm compressor. These rebuild kits are to be used with Danner/Pondmaster diaphragm air pumps only and may not fit other linear diaphragm pumps. Keep your KA-20, KA-40, KA-60 and KA-100 aeration pump running at its best with a complete maintenance package.

Over time seals and moving parts wear and break down causing decreased system performance. These kits contain the parts you need to restore your pump to its maximum potential. Maintenance Kits should typically be installed every 1 to 3 years. By not exceeding your pump depth maximum you will reduce the need for these service kits but the diaphragms and seals will require changing regardless of the application.
