Aquaritin Lakes & Ponds is an advanced nanoscale liquid formulation which combines a balanced mix of 13 nutrients in a single formulation, bioavailable exclusively for the native diatoms in your ponds. The particle size is between 1 and 30 nm and each nutrient is adsorbed onto nano-silica molecules preventing them from bonding with each other, with water or the atmosphere.

The nano nutrients in Aquaritin Lakes & Ponds are exclusively consumed by diatoms due to its silicon base, which leads to immediate and exponential growth in diatom population, rapidly consuming the nutrients. As diatoms grow and photosynthesize, they sequester carbon and release oxygen into the water, increasing the dissolved oxygen content of the water and promoting better water clarity as well.

Apply To: Lakes, rivers, lagoons, irrigation and decorative ponds. Works in fresh, brackish and marine water.

Dosage: 33.8 oz (1 liter) to 4 million gallons or 15 acre feet.

How to Apply: Calculate the water volume and determine the dosage. Shake the bottle well. Dilute the required dose in a tank with 200x water from the target water body.
Apply with pressure (>50psi recommended) across the surface of the water.

Frequency: Make 3-4 weekly applications in spring when water temperature approaches 50°F (10°C). Apply as needed thereafter based on desired water conditions.

 Storage: Store away from direct light at room temperature. If frozen, thaw at room temperature before use.

Diatoms are special types of algae that live inside “glass houses”; their hard outer shells are made of silicon and oxygen, the same elements that compose glass. Inside this shell is a single-celled organism that photosynthesizes, releasing oxygen.
